This pierced basket and stand feature landscape scenes painted on the interior bottom of the basket and on the matching underplate. This basin is larger in size and one level more advanced than the plate craft. The basin wall adopts hollow craftsmanship with fine craftsmanship.
The inner bottom of the basin is enlightened and painted with the pattern of the Sheung Shui loft. The mountains and rivers are dependent on each other. The loft is high, the willows are fluttering, the water is sparkling, and there are many ships, a prosperous scene. The overall level is rich, the craftsmanship is exquisite, and it is a rare collection. Due to the difficulty of firing and the high rejection rate of hollow-out objects, there are not many of them. They are basically only available in the Qianlong period. Also, because porcelain is very easy to be damaged after hollowing out, it is not easy to keep, so the number of survivors is limited. The hollow decoration of ceramics was originally used for utensils such as bananas, and the original celadon of the Warring States Period has appeared. In the Western Jin Dynasty, there was a short period of draining porcelain, just sparse round holes.
